On y est presque, vraiment ! Nearly there, really !

Eh oui, même les dernières petites choses avancent à l'intérieur ! Robin s'est attelé à un des derniers travaux à réaliser, le carrelage du vestibule. Bien sûr, il y a des découpes difficiles à faire, et donc bien sûr, il va falloir louer une petite machine parce que le truc basique du magasin de bricolage ne fait pas l'affaire. Mais ça doit être fait aujourd'hui, et normalement, les joints seront finis d'ici le week-end !
Après cela, dans la maison, il ne restera que le sol de la cuisine à finir - ce qui devrait être fait dès que le raccordement d'eau sera finalisé par Scottish Waters, donc dans une quinzaine de jours ! Le méga ménage ne compte pas, comme tous les travaux domestiques, bien sûr ... J'aimerais tout de même qu'un jour quelqu'un s'extasie avant autant d'enthouiasme devant nos sols propre et nos vêtements repassés que devant le bricolage de Robin. Mais bon ...
Et après, Robin a le droit de recommencer à bosser et à gagner des sous ...

Yes, even the last details are getting sorted inside the house ! Robin set to work on one of the last things to finish, the tiling of the vestibule. Of course, there are tricky cuts to do, and of course, we need to hire a little machine because the bog standard DIY shop tile-cutter can't cope. But it should be dealt with this week-end, and the joints should be done by the week-end !
